2. YouTube Terms and API Use

This application accesses YouTube API Services. You agree that you are solely responsible for complying with the YouTube Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and copyright laws. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses and permissions for any video file uploaded through this platform.

3. AI Content Optimization

Our SEO title and description generators are powered by third-party large language models (Google Gemini). While we optimize prompts to achieve maximum search CTR performance:

• We do not guarantee search rankings, view increases, or monetization approvals.
• You must review all generated titles, descriptions, and tag sets to verify factual accuracy and compliance with YouTube spam rules before publishing.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Some features (such as direct resumable uploads, Priority API access, and competitor deep-dives) require an active paid subscription tier:

• Billing is handled on a recurring monthly cycle.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• No refunds are provided for partial months of subscription usage.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the YouTube Creator Hub or its developers be liable for video removals, channel suspensions, API quota limits, or loss of revenue resulting from using our optimization analytics.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature (including AI limits and upload sizes) to comply with YouTube API limitations or quota regulations.
