We collect only the minimum amount of information necessary to deliver our video editing and YouTube publishing automation services:

A. Account and Authentication Information

• Google & Firebase Account Data: When you register or sign in to Talvex AI via Google Firebase Authentication, we receive your email address, display name, profile photo URL, and unique user identifier (UID). This information is used solely to authenticate your session and maintain your isolated creator profile.

B. YouTube API Data (Granted With Your Explicit Permission)

When you explicitly choose to connect your YouTube account to Talvex AI via Google OAuth 2.0, our application requests access to the following approved Google OAuth scopes:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload: Purpose: Used exclusively to upload and publish scheduled YouTube Shorts and video files directly to your YouTube channel as Public, Unlisted, or Scheduled according to your instructions.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly: Purpose: Used to retrieve your YouTube channel metadata (channel title, custom handle, channel ID, avatar, subscriber count, total video count, and lifetime view count) so you can monitor your channel performance within your personal dashboard.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube: Purpose: Used to set video titles, descriptions, hashtags, categories, and scheduled publication timestamps on videos published to your channel.
• OAuth Refresh & Access Tokens: When you complete the Google consent screen, Google issues an access token and refresh token. These credentials are saved in an isolated file specific to your user account (config/tokens/token_[USER_ID].json) and are used solely to make authorized API calls to YouTube on your behalf.

C. Video & Content Processing Data

• Source Video URLs: URLs or video IDs of public YouTube videos you submit for transcription, virality scoring, and clip creation.
• Generated Clips & Transcripts: Transcribed speech, subtitles, headline templates, layout preferences, and compiled video files stored in your private workspace.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your collected information strictly for the following operational purposes:

• To authenticate you and provide secure, multi-user isolated workspace sessions.
• To process, transcribe, and render 9:16 vertical short-form video clips requested by you.
• To publish approved Shorts to your authorized YouTube channel according to your manual clicks or automated Auto-Pilot schedules.
• To display your channel's public statistics (subscribers, views) inside your dashboard.
• To monitor system health, detect errors, and prevent abuse.

5. Google API Limited Use Disclosure

Specifically, in adherence with the Limited Use policy:

• We do not transfer or disclose YouTube user data to third parties unless required by law or strictly necessary to provide the service explicitly requested by you.
• We do not use YouTube API data for serving personalized, retargeted, or interest-based advertising.
• We do not allow humans to read your private YouTube data, except where you have provided explicit consent for troubleshooting, or where required for security investigation or legal compliance.

6. Data Storage, Security, and Isolation

We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect your data:

• Strict Multi-User Isolation: Each creator's YouTube OAuth tokens, channel cache, and configuration files are partitioned by unique user ID (UID). User A can never access, view, or utilize User B's credentials or channels.
• Transport Security (HTTPS/TLS): All communication between your browser, our servers, Cloudflare tunnels, and Google's servers is encrypted using modern TLS 1.3 cryptographic protocols.
• Token Protection: OAuth credentials are stored in restricted local backend directories and are never bundled into public code or sent to unauthorized clients.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your YouTube credentials and metadata only as long as you maintain an active connection between your YouTube channel and Talvex AI.

• One-Click Disconnection: You can disconnect your YouTube account at any time by clicking the Disconnect button in your Talvex AI Studio dashboard. Disconnecting immediately unlinks your channel.
• Revoke Access via Google: You can permanently revoke Talvex AI's permissions at any time via the Google Security Settings page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Full Data Purge Request: You can request immediate and permanent deletion of your account, stored OAuth tokens, generated clips, and logs by emailing privacy@talvexai.com. We fulfill all deletion requests within 48 hours.

8. Third-Party Services

Talvex AI integrates with trusted infrastructure providers to deliver its services:

• Google Cloud & YouTube API: For OAuth 2.0 authentication, video uploads, and channel analytics retrieval.
• Google Firebase: For frontend hosting, user authentication, and realtime presence sync.
• Cloudflare: For secure tunnel transit between frontend hosting and local processing nodes.

9. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA)
